Bumble and Juice Marketing are collaborating to bring to life an extension of our Bumble brand, mission and values in the form of merchandise. As partners in the operations of Bumble Shop, we are excited to bring these products to our Bumble community.
In planning for launch, Juice Marketing has made some initial commitments to minimize the environmental impact from the Bumble store. We have limited wasteful packaging by using recyclable, reusable woven bags instead of plastics on apparel items and limited single use packaging, by opting for reusable, USA made shipping poly-mailing bags made from recyclable materials. All products have gone through appropriate compliant testing requirements and manufacturing audits to ensure necessary factory standards and quality safety.
Juice Marketing is committed to supply chain verification to ensure our partners are adhering to social responsibility and environmental best practices. We adhere to the following practices with our manufacturing partners:
a. NO CHILD LABOR - Juice Marketing and our supply partners do no use child labor in the manufacturing, packaging or distribution of any Merchandise
b. WORKING ENVIRONMENT – Juice Marketing and our supply partners provide employees with a safe and healthy workplace in compliance with all applicable laws.c. EMPLOYMENT - Juice Marketing and our supply partners only employs persons whose presence is voluntary and shall not use prison labor or corporal punishment or any other form of coercion as a form of discipline of employees.
d. COMPLIANT WITH LAWS - Juice Marketing and our supply partners will always comply with all applicable laws pertaining to minimum wage, overtime and maximum hours, and the protection and preservation of the environment, and shall utilize fair employment practices.
e. PRODUCT SAFETY - Products are of consistent quality and safety of the Merchandise and compliance with applicable Laws.
We currently produce each item with the highest quality partners in factories around the world.
Our current estimate is that your order will ship in the next 3-5 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
- Domestic orders should arrive 5-7 business days after processing.
- International orders should arrive 7-10 business days after processing, however we have no control over customs clearance, which can lead to additional delays.
- Expedited shipping order requests placed before 2pm EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the following business day.
Order processing, fulfillment, and shipments are handled Monday-Friday. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Shipping is calculated based on order weight and recipient zip code and will be displayed prior to checking out.
If you selected a trackable shipping option, please follow these steps to track your package:

- Click on "order history"
- Click on the order number for the order you would like to track
- Click on the tracking link that appears below each item
Shipping is calculated upon checkout and is based on weight and recipient's postal code.
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. Duties and taxes are added to your order total in the shopping cart and are non-refundable.
We estimate you will receive your order within 7-10 business days after processing, excluding any customs clearance delays.
You will receive an email with your order number as soon as we receive your order. We will then send you an email upon shipping, which will include tracking information. If you did not receive an order number via email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. To cancel an item you can log in to your purchase history and click the cancel button, or contact our customer service team with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We recommend you cancel your order online by logging in to your account. You may also cancel your order by contacting customer service at email@example.com, but due to time differences, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships.
Step 1: Check that the shipping address you inputted matches your correct location.
Step 2: Check with your neighbors to make sure that they didn’t receive it by mistake.
Step 3: Many times, packages are marked delivered before they actually are. So, give it a day or two for it to arrive.
Step 4: Still don’t have it? Email firstname.lastname@example.org. While we are not held liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our fulfillment center, we’ll do our best to help track down the package.
Domestic returns are accepted on unworn, undamaged items, with the hangtag still attached, within 30 days of purchase, unless marked final sale. Feel free to try on the clothes – and if they don’t work out – send it back for a refund, exchange, or store credit. If you elect to make a return for refund, the cost of return shipping is $7.50 and will be deducted automatically from your original payment. Additional fees may apply for packages over 10 pounds. For international purchases, please email email@example.com.
Returns are accepted online. To start a return, visit bumbleshop.com and click on ‘Returns & Exchanges at the bottom of the screen.
For exchanges, you can try a new color or size for any style when selecting which items you’re sending back.
Please allow for 7-14 business days to get your refund or exchange.
We are committed to the highest quality product. If your product is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution. All replacements are at the discretion of our team.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, and JCB.
We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook Pay as alternate payment methods.
Store credit and gift certificates
Of course, you can also use store credit or a gift certificate. Each gift certificate carries a gift code you can easily enter when completing checkout. They NEVER expire and may be combined with promotions and rebates.
Our store is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. The store is equipped with data encryption tools, protection of payment transfers, prevention of viruses at the servers, risk analysis tools, as well as constant security monitoring. The buyer and the seller are already secured at the stage of transactions and card data entry. The store is also equipped with a fraud analysis data protection system. This feature functions in every online sale. It consists of a number of indicators that are collected into a single system: IP-address, location of the buyer, shipping address, the number of registration attempts, etc.
